The DS90's "quick temperature" device is specially designed for both beginners and expert users. The high-power 90W soldering iron can heat up from 150°C to 450°C (302°F to 842°F) within 6 seconds, and the adjustable temperature can meet your different needs, allowing you to complete jobs more efficiently.

The °F/°C dual temperature display allows you to check the real-time temperature without needing to perform any calculations. The two-color LED digital display makes temperature control more intuitive and easy, exceeding the convenience of the DS90 soldering station.

To ensure safe desoldering, the DS90 soldering station features a grounding wire at the rear and an anti-static sheet on the right side. This helps prevent static electricity or leakage from damaging components and effectively protects the various machine components.

The DS90 utilizes PID temperature control technology, cycling every 30 milliseconds to detect the heating element's temperature in real-time and quickly correct it back to the set temperature. The K-type thermocouple sensor provides more accurate sensing, helping to avoid false solder temperature changes and extending the soldering iron tip's life.

In the normal working mode, pressing the lock button will allow you to adjust the knob without changing the temperature, displaying 'LOCK' to ensure your work efficiency. The DS90 will also display 'SE' if the sensor fails, or 'HE' if the heating element fails, indicating any issues.
